Manage the complete event lifecycle, from pre-event planning to post-event closure, ensuring flawless execution.
Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, checklists, and operational plans for smooth coordination.
Oversee on-ground execution, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and maintain event flow as per schedule.
Handle vendor sourcing, negotiation, and coordination across décor, production, logistics, and catering.
Ensure timely vendor delivery, setup, dismantling, and adherence to quality standards.
Build and sustain strong vendor relationships while managing contracts, payments, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with internal teams like creative, sales, and marketing to ensure cohesive event execution.
Lead and manage on-site staff, freelancers, and volunteers with clear role delegation and professionalism.
Assist in preparing and monitoring event budgets, ensuring cost control and efficiency without quality compromise.
Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met with precision.
Ensure compliance with venue policies, permits, and safety norms while implementing risk management plans.
Maintain guest, staff, and vendor safety through proactive on-ground supervision.
